Fire and smoke can cause severe damage to any part of your home.  RCR has the tools and equipment necessary to preserve, protect and secure the damaged contents of a home before any further deterioration occurs.

From the smallest items to the most valuable assets, great care and effort are taken to protect all items that are removed. RCR packs and transfers assets to our secure restoration facility where our operators carefully assess each belonging.

Once water damage occurs, it is important to address the damage immediately.  Restoration of contents is completed with our water extraction equipment and latest technology to throughly remove any moisture.

With over 40 years experience of all types of furniture refinishing, this is our specialty.  From the individual antique to the new common piece, we are able to restore almost any piece of furniture to its original state.  Our upholstery and cleaning process is exclusive to our facilities and therefore we provide a higher standard of workmanship.

Our storage facilities include and house large vaults to protect and store contents. Proper packing and storage of items is vital to the protection of the restoration process and therefore everything is contained within vaults until they return to the site.

Odor removal is just as important as refinishing or other repairs.  Smoke and soot can permanently linger for the life of any item,  and our technicians are trained to treat contents for removal of odors.

RCR will test and service electronics damaged during fire, flood or other disaster. It is surprising what is salvageable and can be recovered after a disaster.  We can also assist in value or replacement costs for new and old electronics.

At RCR, we feel it is of upmost importance to keep detailed inventory of the items we pack out.  We have a meticulous and proven system to ensure proper categorization and documentation for all contents.
